Member Activities Minimize

The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton 50+ Club is twenty-one years old.  It was formed to be a strictly social club for parishioners over 50 years old.  It has been a very active Club all through the years.  We average sixty people attending our meetings. We have no fund raisers but pay $15 dues per year. We give a $300 scholarship each year to an eighth grade student from either PSR or the Regional School.  We have chicken dinners, pizza parties, etc. funded by the club.  We give a $25 attendance prize each month.  It is a card from the Scrip Program - the winner's choice. We have at least one outside tour, dinner, etc. each month and we always have some activity after each meeting such as bingo or trivia.

The November meeting will be on Thursday, November 17th at 7pm.  We will enjoy Apple and Pumpkin desserts after the meeting before we have our 2011 Golden Games. It should be a fun evening, so please try to come.

For information, call Maxine DeRousse, President of the 50+ Club at 636-724-5035.

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

Our 50+ Club is trying to get 2 persons to sign up for an hour in our Adoration Chapel each Saturday from 10am to 11am. At each of our upcoming meetings, Gene Speckhals will have a list to sign if you are available AND willing to help out with this project. Thank you.
